Exercise Plan: Minimum of 10,000 steps per day. Planning to add Yoga.

Goal: To reach my goal weight and find balance in eating and exercising while I'm traveling and while I'm home.

Challenges: I travel approximately 200 days per year which presents great opportunities for walking, but not always gym facilities. Exercise has never been something I enjoyed. Traveling so much has also presented endless eating "opportunities" which are interesting and fun, but obviously come with weight gain consequences.
