Have weighed as much as 310 pounds (About 12 years ago). Started taking taekowndo classes with my son in January of 2012 at 281 pounds. Lost a lot of weight initially. Received my black belt in April of 2014 at 217 pounds. Regressed somewhat after that. Still kicking even though my son quit over a year ago.
Turned 50 in April, 2015. I'm in better shape than I was at 40. Slowly making progress in getting to my goal weight again.
Next Goal: 220 lbs - will no longer be obese, just overweight. Who would have thought that it would be great to be considered overweight?
