Well, I'm Jess, I'm 19 and I am a teeny tiny 4'11... but a not so teeny tiny weight.
I've never been 'skinny' but I have been not so fat. I am currently morbidly obese and it's horrible. I hate going out, looking in the mirror and especially pictures. I have a very supportive boyfriend but as I am away at university - I am doing this alone!
Eating less and exercising more. That's my plan. Sounds easy enough... but when there's a Papa John's just around the corner, oooh god that's HARD!!
I'd love any advice or recipes, especially anything to do with pizza! :)
