Hello! I am a 26 yr old female who has gained 100lbs over a 5year duration. I went into a major funk and became completely sedentary, ate nothing but unhealthy and all carbohydrate filled foods, and was on multiple medications that all had weight gain as side effects. My highest weight was 236lbs and it's taken some time (especially battling numerous injuries all due to my heavy weight) and true dedication which has helped me lose 16lbs over about 6ish months- not positive about the timing. To wrap things up, I'm really trying to stay on track and by logging in the foods I eat, I've become extremely aware of what I now put in my body. However, I don't know anyone on this site and don't know how to go about finding buddies and following along with challenges, so all the tips you'd love to share I'd extremely appreciate it! I started officially at 233lbs..it's going to take some time and serious work but My Goal is 135lbs (but I'd be happy with anything below 150 right now!)
