For years I did not believe that I had gained so much weight. A year ago I weighed 176lbs. Last June I decided to start changing my eating habits and lost 20lbs. in 6 weeks. I stayed like that for a while, then in April I finally went on the Ideal Protein plan I am now 129lbs. and have not felt this good, had so much energy and be just plain happy in a long time. It is work, but anything worth having always is. I encourage others to be happy in your own skin. The journey is amazing.
