I grew up on the chunky side, but was very active until my junior year of college. Since then my weight has bounced around a lot - gain 50, lose 50 every couple years. I know this is not healthy. In the past I've been able to lose all but the last 25 pounds or so by tracking calories and walking during lunch.
Now I'm 32, married, a mother to a 17mo old daughter, work full time, and run a very part time photography business. I now have some bladder issues that are keeping me from exercises much. Even walking for a couple miles gives me some problems for the next couple days.
I gained A TON of weight during my pregnancy. I am back down less then my "normal" heavy weight and can't wait to feel light enough and healthy enough to start jogging again!
