I'm 49, mom of three, married. I lost weight using this app in 2010-11 and got all the way down to 130. Since then I put all the weight on again and then some. I started tracking my calories again in March 2018, and I'm focusing on eating real food. I go to the gym three times a week to lift weights and do cardio at home other days. My goal is to get between 125-130 and maintain it this time.
