Hi my name is Gary and it is the 1st of january 2012 and i weigh 20 stone, I want to lose 7 stone,

in the last 3 months of 2012 i gave up smoking and lost 1 and a half stone, i could of lost more weight if i didnt binge on food and alcohol in the evenings, i tried to limit my binging to just weekends but found that i would lose 4 pounds by sunday to thursday but put 4 pounds back on on with 3 evening binges.

so ive decided that this year i should limit my binges to 1 every 2 weeks. i have my own diet plan which is 1500 to 2000 calories a day. i aim to lose 1 to 4 pounds every week. happy new year to everyone, please wish me luck in sticking to my plan. UPDATE ive decided not to binge at all and joined fast food detox challenge.
