how do u get past the cravings??
One thing you might try is to have a few sugar-free menthol lozenges handy at a moment's notice. When you feel a craving coming on, pop one of those in your mouth and let it take time to melt away. It will affect the way you smell and taste and it will keep your mouth busy for a few minutes. Nothing tastes or smells good with one of these in your mouth. I have read that a craving lasts from 4 to 12 minutes. It takes that long to melt a lozenge and it will give you an immediate "out" until you can get away from the craving.
