My weight tends to fluctuate based on how naughty or nice I'm being. I enjoy exercise and eating clean, so I can usually get back on track, but sometimes you need a little motivation. I am in a demanding industry where the image you present is very important, so this can be a little rough sometimes. Oh, and carrot cake is my nemesis!!!
