Alchol Doesn't Make You Fat...
But it DEFINITELY prevents you from losing weight at your most optimal rate and can even keep you fat. This is a brilliant article and really helped put things in perspective for me. I LOVE a glass of wine, a good martini, even bourbon on the rocks... but when I want to lose weight "no alcohol" is the rule of the day... Read this article and find out why:

There's a reason why Jillian made every one who went home for a visit early on in the show promise NOT to drink a drop of alcohol.

Need a Replacement for Eggs
Thanks... that was one idea I was going to try. Do you find that the EAS is kind to your tummy? Without be graphic, I struggle with processing protien powders... even tried goat whey to no avail.

How not to lose breasts?
Hi ladies... in 2003, I lost 103lbs and because I lifted weights consistently during my journey, I was saved from a lot of loose skin - I still have it but it's not as bad as others I've seen. Unfortunately, there is not a lot you can do about breast tissue/volume. When I was done, I looked like I had given birth to and nursed a family 6 (I'm single)! It was so depressing to lose all of this weight only to have my body betray me. Mine were so bad that I had them lifted and got implants... drastic solution, but worth it for me. If you don't have a lot to lose though, the best thing you can do is lift weights and strengthen the muscle underlying the tissue. That way you can at least keep them 'perky'. The problem is that breast tissue is fatty tissue for the most part, and your body can't pick and choose which fatty tissue it loses :S... UGH!!! If you could we'd all have tiny butts, firm thighs, big boobs. I worked with a personal trainer for a long time so if you want any workout ideas, let me know.

Need a Replacement for Eggs
Every morning I make my breakfast at the office: 1/2C Quick Oats w/ 3/4C Egg Beaters. Apparently, the entire Finance dept hates me because microwaving eggs stinks up their area terribly. I don't want to be disrepectful to others so I am trying to find a breakfast replacement that is similar in nutrients to my serving of eggs... No/Super Low Fat, 15+g of Protien, Low Carbs...Any advice, suggestions? Eating at home is not a solution because of time...
