performance: losing 1.8 lb a week
Getting married sometime in 2016 (date not fully decided on yet) and i am not going to wear that white dress unless i drop a few pounds. i have gained a lot over the past few months from feeling bored, depressed, and stressed.
i am attempting to try calorie counting once more because that have i achieved my lowest weight once upon a time ago.
now living away from home, with my fiancee, i am in charge of dinners. i am responsible of what i putting in my month.
my challenge for the next 40 days is to calorie count everything i eat and start a daily workout routine. Along with walking the dog for 10 minutes at a time twice a day.
