I'm a little late in putting a bio on here Well, I'm a little on the old side at 72. I'm almost 5, 1". I have been competitively dragon boat racing for about 12 years and have weighed around 120 to 135. I have been in pretty good shape. I feel best around around 115 to 118. It is a constant battle to keep my weight down. I keep three sizes of clothes in my closet:( I have really lost 18 pounds to get to 118. Now I am starting to gain again. I do this every August. It's as if I am storing up fat for a cold winter. I do Pilates 4 times a week and feel that I probably wouldn't be able to do what I do if I didn't do it. Our teacher looks after all of our backs , shoulders etc. for us. I find others' stories on fatsecret very helpful, encouraging and inspiring. Here's to success for us all!!!
