Need help and advice!
Thanks!!!!! I will try to do more cardio (60 min instead of 40) I doing my exercise at home since I dont have a gym near my home (no money to join one either!)...Im doing DVDs at home beacuse here in Chile is winter right now (so no outside exercise for me at 6AM!)

Need help and advice!
Hi I looking for help in this forum, I write a long time ago to the Bodybuilding forums but all I got was nasty answer of Inoweveryhing muscle gym guys and no ONE actually helpful answer.
I'm in good shape,, eat really healthy and natural and do 1 hour and a half or a little bit more of exercise a day (weight training and light cardio because I have a bad knee that hurts every time I try something high impact)
I went on vacations and got 7lb more, and not in my bag! I been doing a lot of cleaning my diet, eating 1500 calories. I'm 37 and 5´4´, which suppose to be my weight lost calorie limit. But I still haven't lost a pound!
here is an example of my diet

Wake up at 6 AM, 100gr of non fat/ no sugar yogurt (pre workout)

Breakfast (8AM or 8 30)
2 egg whites
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 non fat milk (I use to drink almond milk but right now I don't have it around)

Snack (11 AM or 11 30)
1 brown rice cake
1 tbs natural almond peanut butter
1 tbs no sugar jam
1 whole egg

Lunch (2 PM or 2:30)
1 cup of pumpkin (oven)
2 cups broccoli
120 gr chicken breast
Sometimes I drink a cup of coffee (Decaf, with a tablespoon of non fat milk)

Snack (5 PM or 5:30)
1/3 cup peanut (natural)
1 whey protein shake

Dinner (8 PM or 8:30)
2 cups of zucchini
1/2 can of tuna in water ( 6.5 oz), drained
2 tbs of salsa (tomato, onion, spice)
1/4 Avocados

and that's all. Calories 1511 (you can see my eating day here)

I drink a loooot of water and only have one free day a week. I don't go out of my diet a lot, maybe on Sundays (beside my free day) ... I only use to splenda on my morning oatmeal and when I drink the coffee. My weight right know is 127 and normally my weight 120
I don't now If I have to down more the calorie intake, what do you think?

Thanks on advance and forgive me for my lack of grammar (English is not my first language)Embarassed

about artificial sweeteners
I have a question about artificial sweeteners. In a routine blood test I found out that I have the Transaminase a little bit high. I been taking some medicines for the lasts months, because I had a bladder infection. My Dr told me that all that my tranzaminases went up because of that. He advice me to not drink or take any medication at least for a month. He told me that is better if I don’t take any Equal (artificial sweetener) for a wile.
I love to eat oatmeal in the morning an now and then I have some coffee with slim milk. But I like to have them with some “sugar” (equal) on.
My question is, what do you think I can take since I can not take any artificial sweeteners? Honey? Plain white sugar? Granulate Fructose?
Thanks in advance!
