My name is Chistina Harris and I live in Antelope, CA! I am a wife to a wonderful husband and 3 kids. They are 15, 15, and 4.

I am a stay at home mom as well as do Gold Canyon Candles on the side to get out of the house a bit! I need it.

I have decided not to diet, but rather to change my lifestyle and my families as well!

I never thought that I would get as heavy as I am. It really stings when you can wear your husbands clothes with them fitting perfectly and sometimes too tight. I was lucky in the fact that I was a thin kid. I had my son at 19 and was on bed rest which contributed to my weight gain and since have done the up and down roller coater. Done most of the diets which work great for a little bit, but then I go back to my old habits and gain it all back and then some.

I want to understand my "Y". Why did I allow myself to get like this. I think in uncovering that I will also become more successful, which will help me personally, but I think professionally as well! When you are confident as a person then I think everything else will fall into place!

I am thrilled to go on this journey and see where I end up.

1st Goal: 174lbs to reach overweight (better than obese - right?)

2nd Goal: 150lbs = normal weight, but teeter tottering to over weight -

3rd and final goal: 130-150 lbs as that is right in line for healthy weight. Now I would be happy with 150, but I would prefer 130-150lbs
