Been eating like a pig, sick for 2 weeks and no willpower or desire to eat well. Sorry, self. It's a shame because I initially lost 2kg when I was very sick, but put it back on and more now. Time to get back on track, I think. We have 3 adult visitors in our house now, but that shouldn't stop us eating well...

I've been sick, and not eating to the plan at all. I've been having to eat extra meals to take medications, and my husband bought me 2 Magnums, so all in all I'm pleased to have dropped. Goes to show that it's the quantity as much as the type of food- I just haven't eaten very much.
