My name is Breeze and I currently live in Portland, OR with my dog (Eva -> profile photo), cat (Zephyr), and amazingly supportive fiance Shade. I'm 29 and i've rejoined FS this year to try to permanently lose the weight i've wanted to lose for the last 10+ years. After college I found a job at an architecture firm and have remained here the last 6 years. I absolutely despise sitting for 10 hours a day and I think that it has played a major role in my battle against weight loss. Although not physically stressful, my job is extremely mentally taxing and I don't always want to workout when I get home at night (read: I want wine and comfort food). Recently I bought a mini elliptical machine for under my desk (yes, such things exist!) and have found that it keeps my legs moving so that my bum doesn't fall asleep halfway through the day!
This year I feel like I've finally figured it out. Instead of "dieting" i've been eating healthier and working out. I'm obsessed with Jillian Michaels DVDs, the Biggest Loser, and am currently reading Jillian's book "Slim For Life", which I love.
