Workout-aholic problems - being sick
Stay home... or go for a walk outside if you really want some exercise. I hear it's pretty nice all over the country today. 72 degrees in Denver today!

Knees problem
when I started working out I had knee pain too. Try getting a foam roller. You can Google how to use it. It helps to stretch your IT Band witch can help to relieve the pain.
