A physical day with gardening and exercises, sore in the shoulders, forearms and butt.
GI diet going well. Emptying the refrigerator in preparation for my OS journey, Germany and China.
The reduced complex carbs makes me feel much lighter and energised, though I do crave bread a lot and feel hungry earlier. so I'm keeping the tempo up but occasionally get into thinking state and think maybe I'm procrastinating! Though I do gain useful ideas and do change tact for the better.
I won't weigh myself until next week, but I am looking very bulked up when I stand in front of the mirror. Anyway I'm more focussed on health benefits and strength and if weight reduces a little all good.

Physically sore today after a big physical day (exercise & gardening). Must find a way to avoid procrastination when I have sore body. Just start I tell myself. Achieved some, but less than I imagined yesterday when thinking ahead.
Joined mercola.com (take control of your health) The Worlds #1Natural Health Website, for some relevant food and activities literature. So far excellent articles provided for free!

Diet focussed on low GI, but thinking of high GI foods Especially breads. Energy & libido high. Vegetable smoothies are nice, but different emotional connection to breads & sugars. Strategy exercise through day ten minute sessions to temporary muscle failure. Small meals - aim to avoid over eating . Tick of list as achieveable tasks finished. Today used the chain saw and mower - quite fatigued for a while, then digging with mattock and spade. Eat prepared soups no breads (love bread so much on my mind). Plenty water == small volumes so to keep stomach strong.
Exercises are intense - did the hardest pushups (in the world) as demo on YouTube only 10 though. Feeling the intensive effort in lower belly and lower back. Doing the sit ups but needs some minor feet hold down support, so use the lounge. Dips on the corner of veranda rails. Thirty in a session and deep form too. (feel like the Hulk - maybe) Libido high....

I have been at the gym going quite hard and included lots of chin-ups/etc that require enduring firm hand grips. I have been experiencing some paraesthesia of the hands when I wake in the morning, but otherwise ok during the day. The paraesthesia only lasts about one minute on waking. I have started practising various forearm stretches, watch this space!
