I'm a 41 yr old single mother of 2 beautiful daughters whose ready to tighten up. My goal here is not necessarily to loose or gain weight but to get toned and healthier. I'm focusing on high protein intake with minimal carbs to support the exercise routine I have started which includes weight training. Hopefully with a little hard work, focus and support I will be able to achieve my fitness goals.
