performance: gaining 1.8 lb a week

I am a 70 yr. old Christian wife,mother,grandmother and insulin diabetic. I am losing weight for my health and longevity. I had a vertical sleeve surgery (VSG)and it helped me take off nearly 75 lbs. before finding this site.(11/11/11)
Update 7/16/12-I have been gaining stress-related weight so I'm getting back om my own Diet planned for me by a Diocletian right after my VSG and keeping track of what I eat. This time I intend to add more activity .... not necessarily exercise.
