I am a 50-something looking to lose approximately 25 lbs. I love to ride my bicycle and go on mid to longer distance rides on the weekends but other than that I am pretty sedentary; desk job. My eating is what is out of control and I need to get more exercise during the week.

Fitness Tracker
I believe you have to have a subscription--that is the really theonly reason I stopped using it. I really liked it.

Fitness Tracker
I had a body media unit. It kept # of steps, exertion level, calories burned. I liked it, but you have to pay a monthly fee to connect to their website.
