I have been wanting to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight for 17 years (my older son is 17). I've lost 20 lbs so far with another 25 or so to go.
In 2009, I ran my first 10k, in 2010 my first marathon, and in 2011, I finished a Half Ironman Triathlon.
Losing weight will make the sports I love easier and more fun. While training (or on vacation), I've gone up and down the same 10 lbs. Enough! I am re-training my brain to get to goal and stop the lose-gain-lose cycle.
I am motivated to do what it takes.
My birthday is 1 Decembe:d r. I started (this time) weighing 167. On my birthday, I will weigh 159 or less. Seven weeks, eight pounds. This is within my reach.
