17 day diet
I know this is an old post but I wanted to let all of you know that I started my 17 day diet yesterday without the book. I am sitting on my couch right now waiting for UPS to deliver it I am so excited about getting my book. I found a lot of information on the book and the diet at the Dr's TV show forums. If you go there you can get more information on the diet, it's cycles and how it works.

17 Day Diet
If you go to the Dr's TV show forums you can learn more about the diet. I just started the diet yesterday based off what I learned on the Dr's TV show forums. http://www.thedoctorstv.com/forums there is lots to learn. I am waiting on my book to be delivered by UPS today.

The 17 Day Diet
I am waiting on my book to arrive it should be here today. I am so excited. I have been following the forums over at http://www.thedoctorstv.com/forums/519-17-Day-Diet-Challenge-Team-The-Doctors/ some of the users have posted some information they have learned from the book and I am on day two of the 1st cycle. From I have found on the internet it's not at all about counting calories. It's about learning to eat PROPERLY. If you go to the Dr's TV show forums you can learn a lot of what it's about.
