performance: losing 1.4 lb a week
I would like to get down to 150 by July 27, my 20th wedding anniversary. I'm working out with a personal trainer 30 minutes twice a week at the gym plus I usually get to the gym on my own at least twice per week for a step or pilates class. Other than that, my "diet" is just to get real about portions. I usually eat healthy, so it's a matter of not eating too much of a good thing. However, I also have a major sweet tooth and love chocolate. And I work long hours with a long commute, so fast food is a constant temptation. But if I know how many calories I've had or will have if I eat that kind of junk, hopefully it will compel me to stay away from it.
