So, what's the first thing you'll do when you lose the weight?
I'm going to go to the beach. I love the water but have been too self-conscious to swim for years.

Greek Yogurt....
I love Greek Gods and Fage... but with the Fage brand, I really prefer the original version to the 2% or 0% versions. I guess I'd rather eat a smaller amount and really love the taste. Also, the ingredient list is short and without mystery ingredients. I also buy Chobani and like it, and I'm pretty sure that it's fat free. It isn't the love affair that I have with honey flavored Greek Gods, but it's good for a lighter option. I don't care for Oikos, and I haven't tried Dannon. I picked one up on my last visit to the grocery and the 3-inch long ingredient list kind of put me off. You might also think about trying kefir. There's something about the texture of some yogurt that I really don't like, but kefir offers the same benefits, and its drinkable. I love it as part of a fast breakfast or an afternoon snack.

10 Things I look forward to when I lose enough weight to show and feel
1. Try kayaking
2. Splurge on an amazing bellydance costume and know that I look great in it
3. Go to the beach again... and have fun instead of worrying about what I look like
4. Wear a sundress with confidence
5. Take salsa and/or tango lessons
6. Really believe that I can accomplish anything - proving to myself that I have what it takes to stick to a challenge instead of giving up is actually what I think will be most life-changing about this fight to get back in shape.
7. Buy more clothes that I feel cute in, and trash the stuff that I have that's only virtue is that it covers me up
8. Wear sleeveless shirts again
9. Make ex-boyfriends cry. Or be so hot that I don't even think about ex-boyfriends.
10. Not having to fear riding pants and signing myself up for riding lessons.
