Fasting Diet (2 days per week)
Im also using the 5:2 methodology. One of the 'Healthy' attributes to this plan is that it helps me keep educated about my food choices, both calories and nutritional value.

Apart from weight loss and energy increase, I'm finding that it also helps with discipline. Its also nice to look forward to a non-fast day...
