Welcome 2015! While I feel very grateful and fortunate for my current good health, I am committed to making the following changes in my life to keep healthy:

1) Exercise four times per week, 30 minutes minimum for the next 30 days (can include walks).
2) Eat no meat two days a week.
3) Replace 1.5 tsp sugar with 1 tsp agave or other natural sweetener in my coffee.
4) No "white" bread, rice, pasta, etc. Only whole grain wheat or corn.
5) Drink no more than 12 drinks per week, but aim for no more than 8.
6) Spend 30 minutes a day working on goals for self (reading, trying new things, self-improvement exercises).
7) Meditate starting with 3 minutes per day, at least 5 days a week.

I feel pretty good. I want to lose 10 lbs by the end of March 2015 (64+ days) and/or go down one dress size. This seems doable, it is just over one pound a week. Right now I wear a very tight Size 6 skirt.
