The scale is down AGAIN today! I LOVE this!

I'm trying to record my WI only on WI day (Sunday), but it's hard because I just keep wanting to change the number to reflect what the scale says every day. I'm trying not to be obsessive, but maybe this is just how I am. It's not negatively affecting my weight loss to WI every day (or multiple times a day...eek!), so for now I'm not going to worry about that.

I missed my workout yesterday, but am back on it tonight. Other than that...

MUST...GET...MORE...SLEEP!!!!!
258.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
