I only did 20 mins of cardio yesterday. It's strange: I have been finding it easier and easier to get off my ass and work out at night, but last night it actually took me 1/2 an hour just to muster up the will to get up and put on my runners. Weird!

I cut it down by 10 mins because I had to get to bed a bit earlier last night (early start today), plus since I was so unmotivated, I figured it was a good compromise to still do 20 mins. I can't say I didn't do anything good last night! I skipped weights, so I MUST do those tonight. I'm trying to keep that at every other day; I really want to start seeing the results. I'm feeling them; I'd now like to see them.

I SWEAR my abdomen does not protrude *quite* as much as it used to. It is a very subtle difference, but enough for me to notice when I place my hand on my upper abdomen, and when I wear certain shirts. My waist size is decreasing, though I'm not checking it every day like I used to. I want that to be a weekly thing, too.
