1455 kcal Fat: 54.24g | Prot: 78.90g | Carb: 177.94g.   Breakfast: sweet and salty bar, chocolate chip cliff bar, crystal light. Lunch: great value honey ham, diet pepsi, fat free miracle whip, nature's own, basil leaves, lettuce, onion. Dinner: egg white, cauliflower, la choy lite soy sauce, asparagus stir great value, Stir Fry Tofu. Snacks/Other: All Natural No Stir Creamy Almond Butter, raspberry preserves, banana, celery, Laughing Cow , nips sugar free, la banderita low carb wrap. more...
