Feelin' GREAT! Workouts get easier by the day, and the scale continues to move downward. Yeah!

I'm thinking of adding to this challenge (for myself, at least) for the month of May to amp up the weight loss and challenge my body a bit more.
260.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
