I wasn't able to hike up the one mountain I really, REALLY wanted to do this weekend in Banff. It was very discouraging, and that's all I'll say because I refuse to let a moment of defeat bring me down; that's the kind of thing that makes me make terrible decisions. Despite not being able to do that hike, we walked lots, and did do another hike at Johnston Canyon. Easier, but still a great workout.

Tonight's workout is planned, my clothes are laid out, and as for the soda, that's never a problem. I'm not a big soda drinker. (I'm doing the "Lose 30 lbs. by July 4" challenge, and no soda is one of the mini-challenges. The other is to work out at least 30 mins EVERY day. Easy-peasy. I can do this.)
261.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
