Well, I've portioned out some of my snack foods, which is helping me control my portions. AND...funnily enough, as it turns out, I'm not craving them as much as I used to. Still definitely have a hankering for chips most days, but not so late into the evening, and some nights not at all!!!


I'm really happy about my small NSVs, which are turning into SVs, because I just lost 3 lbs. this week! Score!

Have worked out the past three nights in a row, am making sure to keep up my weight training every other day, and it is a difference I can feel in my body already, even if I'm not going to see visible results for a little while yet. I feel good.

Now...I must, must MUST work on this sleep thing. I am not getting NEARLY enough sleep, and it's going to translate into binge eating if I don't watch it. So tonight I'm going to be extra-strict with myself and get to bed before midnight (which is too late as it is, but after the schedule I've been keeping lately, it'll be a HUGE improvement!)
262.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
