I'm sooo glad I didn't gain over the weekend, we went out of town & ate out EVERY single meal!! I resisted most of the temptations that we're put in my face! I did go over my RDI....but it could have been MUCH worse!! Now, I'm back on track & ready to lose those Lbs!
121.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
