It's strange. I went off the wagon yesterday, and snacked with wild abandon, yet I lost 1.1 lbs.
118.4 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sometimes your body needs a shock to its system. Congrats on the loss.

sometimes when you are dieting and then you cheat, you lose weight. It gives you some kind of jump. I am not sure but that has happened to me. I was on a plateau, said I give up, got depressed, cheated and lost weight. Keep up the good work and try to stay on track. You will feel so proud of yourself. I am doing Atkins. I am on it for weeks now. Not losing it as fast as all the other bloggers, but I am losing it slowly. It is going in the down direction. :)
