My appetite's been really low since yesterday, and I'm really tired. For the first time on my diet, I've had to make an effort to eat. Hopefully, I'll feel better soon.
117.3 lb Lost so far: 22.7 lb.    Still to go: 17.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thanks! My stomach's still not great, but it was better today. I think there's a stomach bug going around.
