I read a short version of Robert Furgeson's Diet Free for Life in First Magazine and it made sense to me. I did 4 days of the Detox Drop and now I'm transitioning to the Diet Free for Life phase. It's more carbs then I have had for a longggggg time, so I know it will take my body a bit to adjust to it.
