Bippi's Journal, 25 April 2012

I gained a wee bit over the weekend, but I'm not surprised. Yesterday was a good day, and I managed to stay within my calorie limit even though we went out for Indian buffet.

I'm hoping to burn off the weekend's excess and then some during the rest of the week.
118.8 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
