I'm doing very well considering it's the weekend (My absolute weakness) Cravings are minimal & I made myself a mixed drink last night, took 2 sips & decided I didn't want it =) A waste of perfectly fine alcohol...But, it would have topped mt out on calories!!
123.5 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
