Trying this out officially. Still will be eating clean on my off days, and doing cheat day on my spike day.

It might be hard at times getting up to that spike day number, but going to give it a go.
144.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
