This week is going really well. I need to eat more fiber, though, and I've been a lot more tired in the evenings.

I controlled myself doing Indian buffet for lunch today! I think the key for me is to stay vegetarian at buffets.
124.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 24.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Good for you! I usually do okay at buffets, I do the vegetarian thing too, but what kills me is dessert. :)
