I have been constipated for five days. Almost 6. But not completely - I am passing some.

If this doesn't start to resolve by the end of the work day, I will be going to the doctor.

I am especially surprised at this weight loss given that I've still had an appetite and really my eating has not changed much. Plus, I haven't been voiding my bowels regularly. So you'd think, if anything, I'd be up a bit.

This week will be focused on getting my "system" back to the tip-top shape it has been in. I have no idea why I am constipated, as I consume an average of 20-25 g of fibre each day. At least. This is very annoying and frustrating.
261.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
