I had my first conscience cheat yesterday. Ordered Chinese food take out and I carefully ordered Adkins friendly for me. But there was left over sweet n sour chicken and pork fried rice from the kids. What a waste! So I ended up eating 2 chicken pieces with sauce and 4 tablespoon of pork fried rice. :( I was so disappointed with myself I went into the bathroom and cried. I couldn't believe my lack of willpower. I didn't gain but I'm just sad. I'm trying to keep a positive attitude for today, to start fresh. But just typing this is bringing back those feelings of disappointment in myself. Doesn't help that I'm also exhausted.
