Bippi's Journal, 14 March 2012

My weight slowly crept up last week, but then dropped down again after fasting yesterday. Now I just need to keep the downward trend.
125.9 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 25.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
