Not a huge loss, but at least it's a loss! :)
It's going to be 70 this afternoon AND my joints aren't as swollen today. I hope to get in a jog tonight. Mom actually helped with packing lunch, so I have too much food. I figure it will help me resist the lure of bagel Tuesday.
Ready to meet the day. I can do this. Hope everyone else has a terrific day!

Hey girl..a loss is a loss no matter how small..I am looking forward to our 70 degree weather today as well..So glad your joints are not as swollen...Take care of you...:O)

At least you're moving in the right direction! I've dealt with joint pain the past couple of years and I get so excited for warm weather because my joints usually aren't as bad. Hope you have a terrific day too!

Congrats, on the loss, and it's good to hear that your joints are doing better. It takes a lot of determination to even think about jogging when you've been dealing with swollen joints, even if they are doing better. Sounds like you have a hard charging spirit. I hope you can get out there, just as you wish, so keep up the good work. :-)

I hope you enjoyed the day!! So glad you did not have swollen joints! Cannot wait to hear how you resisted!!! :) I resisted today. I could have eaten a good bit of pizza and actually I planned to do this. But I stopped myself!! :)
