It ridiculous how happy I get when I lose a decent amount of weight and how frustrated I get when I don't. But this week is good, I'm going to sit here for a while and admire my weight history.

Lost so far: 52.4 lb.
Still to go: 107.6 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
