My calorie count was a bit low yesterday, so I enjoyed some chocolate :)

I overdid it at lunch today- I need to find a better strategy for controlling myself with Indian buffets.
128.3 lb Lost so far: 11.7 lb.    Still to go: 28.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
