Stomache flu yesterday. A gain today. You'd think I had thrown up all my calories. Oh well. No excercise and probable water retention. Not worried. feeling better today.
267.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 117.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
