So, here is my update for the 30 Day Shred. I've been sick so I took some days off but I finished the first level yesterday and moved on to level 2. It's a lot harder, which is a good thing, but although level 1 was getting a little easier, it was still really still hard. Anyway, I'm glad to be working out again and even glad to be jumping around like a sweaty crazy person on the level 2 workout. Time for some results:

I don't know if I see much difference in the pictures yet, but I'm noticing I feel more toned, especially in my arms. I've lost 1.8 pounds, which I feel like could have been a lot more if I had a handle on my eating at the beginning, but hey, it's still going down right? As for measurements:

Starting- 149.6 pounds 2/5/12
Upper Hip-37.25
Lower Hip—38
Upper Arm—12.5

After level 1— 2/21/12—147.6 pounds
Bust—39 (gained 1.5, but I might have been wearing a sports bra the first time)
Waist—30 (lost .5 inches)
Upper Hip-37 (lost .25)
Lower Hip—38.5 (gained .5- thins is the booty measurement- I think all of those squats are building my glutes)
Thigh—23 (gained .5)
Calf—16 (same)
Upper Arm—12.25 (lost .25- it seems like I never lose weight in my arms, so this was great)

Anyway, it seems to be going well so far. I hope to be able to jump in full force this next 10 days and see some more drastic results in the next update.

147.6 lb Lost so far: 48.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Excellent work! I may have to try this DVD. This is inspiring me to do my Insanity DVD's on a regular basis too. Keep on keepin on!

EXCELLENT! It's so much nicer seeing a Real Person logging a change than random peeps in a Google search. And your results seem far more realistic. =)

Thanks guys! You're my inspiration to keep going-- I want to have good results to post next Saturday (my hopeful next update) and you all have lost so much and are so supportive. Pretty much, I think you're awesome!
